Jim Klinzing, President of Recruiting Solutions Network started his recruiting career in 1985 working for a large national corporation. He was responsible for recruitment, sales training and revenue growth for 10 sales offices in the United States. Jim grew his division to the top 12% in the nation. His primary branch sales office was recognized in the top three out of 500 in the nation for several years. After 13 successful years Jim joined one of the top national recruiting search firms, Management Recruiters International (MRI) in 1998. Jim consistently ranked in the top 10% of recruiters out of 5,000 nationwide in the company. Jim also obtained CSAM certification which is only achieved by the upper 5% of recruiters within MRI. In 2001 his team ranked 15th in the company nationwide in his industry. In April, 2002 Jim started his own search firm, Recruiting Solutions of Wisconsin. On January 1, 2006 the company name changed to Recruiting Solutions Network. Jim primarily focuses in Commercial Construction, Electrical, Engineering and Architectural markets in Wisconsin and select states.
Beau Bingham, Vice President of Research & Development at Recruiting Solutions Network has been involved in customer service since 2000 which led to a career in sales that he really enjoys. However, it has been the personal relationships that Beau has developed over the years that has really been rewarding. He truly has a passion for helping others advance their personal career goals. Finding talent isn't just a job to him, it's a way he can give back to others every day. Jessica Karns, Vice President of Recruiting Solutions Network grew up in the Madison, Wisconsin area, I have always had a passion for helping people. My career began in lending, working in the secondary market. It was a natural fit for me to transition to real estate sales and then recruiting after working with so many wonderful people who found their forever homes and careers. Dennis Kotloski, President of RSN USA formed his company to better utilize over a decade of recruiting experience in the Capitol Equipment Industry. He is an active member of US Recruiters and has obtained CRPC Certification. Dennis specializes in the placement of Management, Sales, Project Management, and Engineering personnel serving the Capitol Equipment (Automation), Manufacturing, Plastics, and Medical Industries. Prior to forming RSN USA Dennis was with Management Recruiters Incorporated (MRI) where he served in several capacities to include Branch Manager, Technical Group Manager, and Team Leader. He obtained CSAM Certification which is only achieved by the upper 5% of recruiters within MRI. Prior to joining the recruiting industry Dennis was heavily involved in the Capitol Equipment Industry specializing in Automated Assembly and Robotics serving the Manufacturing Sector. He served in many roles with several of the major Systems Integrators to include VP of Sales and Marketing, Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales Manager. Dennis utilizes his vast experience and background to provide the best talent available to his client base and to secure the best opportunities for his candidates.
